Parents’ Forum

The Parents’ Forum is a group of interested parents of students from across all Year Groups at Consett Academy. The Parents’ Forum meets three times each year, with meetings taking place after school.

Parents’ Forum Terms of Reference

The aim is to:

develop and improve dialogue between parents and the school;
continue to suggest whole-school improvements which benefit the academic, social and emotional progress and well-being of all our students;
raise staff awareness of the needs of both students and parents;
raise the profile of the school in the wider community.
